From Audit Findings to a Ticket Board (and Clean Jira CSV)

Diagnosis without ownership dies in Slack. Enable the ticket board, assign work, export Labels as section tags only — ready for client Jira.

Why findings need owners

A deep scan can open dozens of stable rule ids. Without a board, “fix CSP” becomes a chat message with no status. AuditHQ’s ticket board (Pro and company, per-project opt-in) syncs open findings into todo / in progress / done with assignees and comments.

Company viewers who are assigned a project get ticket read and write on that board — so delivery teams can move work without a full admin seat on every project.

Sync behaviour that protects active work

Todo tickets can auto-close when a later audit no longer reports the finding and that scan family actually ran. In-progress tickets stay open with a note that the audit no longer sees the issue — so mid-flight work does not vanish on a shallow or partial run.

Unknown families and scorecard-only audits do not mass-close the board. That keeps Jira exports and weekly Monday summaries trustworthy.

Clean CSV for client imports

Export from the project ticket board produces a Jira-oriented CSV. The Labels column uses section tags only (for example SEO-crawl or Security) — not an AuditHQ brand token — so client projects stay clean.

Open My tickets across projects for your assignments, then use Open project or Ticket board buttons to jump straight into the right workspace.

Run this on your site

AuditHQ schedules website measurements, a deep security scan and Production readiness checklist on your own URL, waterfalls, screenshots, competitor scores, and ranked fixes.
