Enterprise SSO-Ready: Company Audits Without New Passwords for Every Teammate

Your IT stack stays the source of truth. AuditHQ is built so company login plugs in when you need it — without rebuilding seats, projects, or fix tickets.

What teams actually need

Security and platform teams do not want two hundred new passwords on a monitoring tool. They want one admin to connect the company identity provider, then everyone else signs in with the same Microsoft, Google, or Okta account they already use.

That pattern is called SSO — single sign-on. AuditHQ’s company workspace is designed so SSO is an extra door on login, not a second product.

Architecture ready today

AuditHQ already separates identity from workspace access. Each person is a user. Companies have seats and roles (owner, admin, viewer). Admins grant project sight; that sight includes fix-board ticket read and write. Sessions use a first-party cookie after any successful login.

That is the same spine enterprise SSO needs: prove who someone is, attach them to the company, then keep project and ticket permissions as they are. When SSO ships for a customer, the IdP success path issues the same session — Azure, Google Workspace, Okta, or generic SAML through a federation layer.

How companies work without waiting on SSO

You do not have to pause rollout for SAML. Teammates create an AuditHQ account, a company admin adds them to a seat, then assigns the projects they should see. Fix tickets, weekly board summaries, and audit history follow that access model now.

SSO later removes signup friction for IT-managed directories. It does not replace project assignment or the ticket board — admins still decide who sees which sites and listings.

Microsoft, Google, Okta — and what “like JFrog” means

Enterprise buyers compare you to tools that list SAML 2.0 and OIDC on the security page. AuditHQ’s roadmap matches that checklist: Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, and generic SAML for AD FS–style setups — connected once by the company admin.

JFrog and similar products are peers in packaging, not something you log into. Employees authenticate with their company IdP; AuditHQ accepts the verified identity and opens the workspace.

Pricing: Enterprise by quote

Company and Company Plus are self-serve for seats and the ticket board. Enterprise SSO and directory sync (SCIM) are architecture-ready and sold by quote — request which you need (SSO, SCIM, or both) and which identity provider you use.

There is no public Enterprise checkout price and no identity-vendor bill until you subscribe after a quote. That keeps Company pricing simple and only turns on Microsoft / Okta / Google federation when a real customer needs it.

What to do next

Start on a Company plan, invite registered teammates, and assign project access so monitoring and tickets are live this week.

When your security questionnaire asks for SAML or OIDC, tell us which IdP you use. We turn on the enterprise connection for your workspace without moving your audits, seats, or ticket board to another app.

Company plans · Enterprise on request

Start with Company seats and project access. When IT needs Microsoft or Okta login, request an Enterprise quote for SSO, SCIM, or both.
