Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AuditHQ at audithq.app. By creating an account or using our tools, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

AuditHQ provides scheduled audit reports for websites, Claude plugins, WordPress plugins, and app store listings — including screenshots, comparisons, and ranked recommendations. Results are informational and not a guarantee of ranking, revenue, or compliance outcomes.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Admin accounts may access operational data required to run the service.

3. Acceptable use

Do not abuse rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, scrape third-party stores beyond fair use, submit illegal content, or use AuditHQ to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Free and paid plans

Free plans include limited projects and measurement frequency. Paid features (when offered) are billed according to the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Third-party data

Audits draw on public sources and third-party services, including app store listings and, when you connect GitHub, the GitHub API for repositories you grant. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control. See our data sources page.

6. Intellectual property

AuditHQ branding, software, and templates remain our property. You retain rights to your project URLs, repositories, and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service to your account. We do not acquire ownership of your source code.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of audit results.
